The University of Georgia (UGA) in Athens, Georgia was rated as one of the hottest schools of the decade nationwide by The Daily Beast.
While UGA largely benefit’s from the HOPE scholarship that draws a large talent pool of 3.0-GPA students and above to its beautiful campus, it goes without saying that Athens offers way more than a free ride through college. Read more…

Waycross offers ‘opportunity in every direction’
Waycross, Ga. (Nov. 24, 2009) – Since Waycross-Ware County has received its share of national attention in recent years, community leaders decided last year it was time to create a new logo and tagline for the area. Working with The Robin Shepherd Group of Jacksonville, Fla., the community recently adopted its new brand identity, “Opportunity in every direction.”
The tagline plays upon the area’s location, easy access to other major metropolitan areas and the city’s many assets for current and future residents, visitors and businesses – those presently located in Waycross and those considering relocation. Read more…
